Ok been trying to post for 1/2 hour now but apparently these... .
Its mostly because its more cost effective to teach all branchs at the same base for the same general MOS less equipment they have to purchase .
I think it MIGHT follow the AF's phasing program.

It will be found inside of the Nellis Boomer Museum where Pete is at. It will be to the right at the front right corner of the table as you enter the rounded roof building. This building is also right near the Nellis Hangars.
