Okay, so what's the "back story" on the name "Happy State"? I saw that name and wondered .
Happy State has been growing like crazy the last 10 years .
Amarillo National, Happy State, and Dimmit.

Taxes are even lower now than under Bush.
It's interesting that we have the lowest tax burden in 80 years and people are now renouncing their citizenships .
