The "cash for clunkers" deal was a horrible thing for poor people. It only applies to new cars
that you'd be trading in for a nicer new(er) one. hence the name- "cash for clunkers". so it's still
for clunkers program.It's I think meant to accomplish a few goals. Helping people get a car wasn't one

as I saw that Glenn Beck was involved. What a joke.What I don't understand is if the Cash for Clunkers
