I was listening to LBC 97.3FM and they were talking about private abortion clinics advertising on TV, radio etc; this starts from tomorrow.
What do you think about this?

The only difference is that now profit-making clinics can advertise .
My understanding is that they have always been able to, as long as they weren't a profit-making organisation .

I'm no expert but this concern seems reasonable.
The argument is that a 90second advert isnt long enough to cover all the 'ins and outs' .
This is some quality discussion right here.
Why? Maybe he's religious? 2nd stage of Population control.

From what I gather, its not just specifically abortion advertisements, its just that clinics who offer abortion as part of their 'services' are now able to advertise...

What do you make of commercial abortion clinics being able to advertise on TV? Not-for-profit organisations are already able to advertise on TV to offer support, counselling and advice regarding abortion.
Private clinics that charge for pregnancy services...

I'm not against abortion; though it shouldn't be used as a form of contraception and that's maybe the main reason I'm against the open advertising of it, because it will remove the taboo of abortion - and I think ... .
