Need this gone. Used it for a few years after my parents got a split system in the house. All up about 4 years old.

The a/c unit was installed last Spring and only used for a few weeks. It was put in above a window with the unit sitting on a concreete block outside. It is a very nice unit. I'm not sur of the spec's but if interested I will find...

I remember seeing a Toshiba demo where they used a single Outdoor unit for multiple indoor units. I assume its a financially viable and easy solution for many who need multiple units which do not work at the same time.
