I have seen some great authentic recipes for sauce but my big question...can you freeze this sauce or can you make at least a day or two ahead and refrigerate?

I have been seeing the laughing cow alfredo sauce recipe on here and been wanting to try but I love spicy things, wonder if you could use the WW jalapeno cheese wedges in this recipe? Anybody tried this?

I sauteed tilapia in a little olive oil, put a little light alfredo sauce over it, ....
Then had roasted brussel sprouts. It was delicious! Roasted brussel sprouts are my new favorite thing, thanks to the GDT.

Cooking is not my strong point! I have brussels sprouts roasting in the oven as I write this message .
It took me a few tries to get it right .
They taste sort of nutty.
But have been meaning to.
I have yet to try roasted brussel sprouts.
