Let's face it, if your serious about your diet and gains, and aren't a genetic freak, these are 3 things you can't have much of, if any.

Don't cook the alfredo to long because it will curdle in the tomato sauce... .
Love always cjj I'd eat it.
Since the tomatoes are extremely high in acid it would not mix right and sour very quickly, think of stomach acid and what would happen if you ate it .

Alfredo Sauce
I am going through a phase where I double every recipe I possibly can and freeze one for future use. Is this recipe suitable for freezing?
Many thanks,

Needed for this recipe; you could even package them together as an alfredo sauce mix packet.

For the purists out there, this is not a "straight" alfredo sauce, as the dish I make at work has chicken.

I use it so rarely I just use jarred.
I tried once, and it was really bland.
I've heard a lot of people have that problem, and end up using a jar of storebought sauce .
I wish I could help! The one time I tried to make homemade it was just mediocre .
