That sounds similar to your E39.
The rotors still had plenty of thickness to get to the next pad change .
My rears were just replaced at 76k but pads only .
I have a 2009 with about 77k miles on it and am still on my first set of front pads and rotors .

I was contemplating it, but since it's just a leisure vehicle, and i'm not putting more than 5k a miles a year on it tire wear wasn't a huge concern .
It really just depends on how much you're driving your rig .
There is no problem with doing it.
Near perfect quality, Super nice all the way around,no wear on playfield. Cabinet is nice.

So what's the deal, tires need to be same height all the way around or what? Taller in back?

All other 4X4 utility models use the same diameter all the way around....
X2, run a six ply 25" tire all the way around, the stock tires are the same size if you run different size tires, front to rear.
Into trouble.
Now lets hope I don't get messed with by the police! 20% all the way around.
