Well well, I never thought I'd see the day when my home town side Gainsborough Trinity would be one game away from the promotion to the Blue Square Premier.
This coming Sunday sees the Blues take on Nuneaton on the Northolme, 90 minutes away from possible...

Did well to beat fancied favourites and giddings darlings, Halifax .
I believe there's quite a Sheffield influence in that squad with other players that originate from Sheffield .

Just looking at the Conference North table and it has to be one of the tightest relegation battles ever. Three teams go down and so far Blyth Spartans and Eastwood are doomed but any one of EIGHT other teams could still join them with one game to play...
