All chest exercises I do, I never feel any burn in my chest, it's only in my arms. Anybody have any useful tips?? Someone told me to just do chest/triceps on same day, but I've read that's not a good idea.

No/maybe....
It does require me focusing on getting incorporated in your workout .
However with dumbbell bench presses, if my technique's right I can get a very epic contraction in my chest right at the top as I bring the dumbbells together.

I like the idea of a body rotation swing, as opposed to one where the body reacts to an arm swing - everything makes sense to me scientifically but I just cannot see how it can work in practice.
