Since Nashor's Tooth, that one hybrid damage item nobody ever buys except maybe AP Taric, got a little buff, I really think it's about time those Tenacity items that were promptly forgotten about as soon as they were created get brought up to date so ...

The only real reason to take these are to allow a unique benefit from boots beside mercury treads, as boots have very limited uses it only makes sense that they are a little weak when you pass mercury... .
This is a lot of unneccesarry rage, it's just an item .
