Only bands that I am aware of that play in this tuning is Interpol and Velvet Revolver(only a few). I know it sounds silly since I should know plenty of more bands that play with this but i meed help This will be fun since I will get to hear new bands...

Clubs - 5 String, Black and Maple in D-A-D-G ? I would imagine 90% of modern rock bands (90s up) have at least 1 song in dadg.

I have 5 string basses but the band I play in is a 4 string kind of gig and I'm not about to take an extra... .
I've been playing bass a long time and for as long as I can remember dropping the E string to D for certain tunes has been quite common .
I'm old.

They are lower profile than ....
I used the "DODGE" letters from the rear of the 2011-12 Chargers .
Looks very good.
I have a 2012 so no ram, but I added the "DODGE" letters to the hood about 1" from the edge and aligned with the curve in the leading edge .

Mike IIRC its over.400 in Botswana, dont know about Tanzania....375 covers most of the ... .
A .375 will get the job done on any DG, but I think I would choose a .416 if I could pick just one .
Can't speak for the rest.
It's .375 in most of Southern Africa.

I was going though my string drawer and I was wondering how a Dominant E & A would work with Red-O-Ray plain gut D & G. Has anyone tried mixing gut strings with with Dominants?

I liked the sound, but the difference the wound gut E string from this set .
I used Dom E & A with Lenzner gut D & G for a while.
