For a web based solution to work like this you'd need to have major holes in your companies firewall setup to allow access .

I have been lately noticing svshost.exe network services dial-outs to IPs 80.12.96.34 and 80.12.96.51. These dial-outs usually occur when I am browsing with IE9 or shortly after I end a browsing session. These never resolve to a domain name.

when I put the modem in the developer kit - I can see him.

I get a dial tone when I pick up my phone, but when I dial out, I get an engaged tone even when I call my own phone which I know is on. I cannot recieve calls either.
Can anyone help with this issue?

I have no service on my phone. I am unable to dial out or text. I am located in Orange, Tx at this time. I can receive Emails. Can you tell what the problem is. I have rebooted my phone but that didn't help.

if your in the phone app the call with skype options should be below the call with normal phone options when you select a contact .
Just make sure the numbers are entered in international format .
Skype options come up for me.

I also moved the MC....
I turned off the feature that allows the MC to hand off a call to the next closest tower and that helped .
Seemed to be a problem with the phone switching back and forth between the weak external tower and the MC .
Had similar issues.
