If the lump hurts, it's almost certainly not cancer but probably a a cyst .
You need to see a medical professional who will examine you and do tests .
No one on here can possibly diagnose you.

I strongly suggest the next step is not an eye doctor someone that specializes in brain or head injuries as they affect vision .
So sorry for your condition but only doctors can tell you what they find via testing .

Some states require labs to release reports directly to the patient, but I don't think NY is one of them, although it looks like changing the law is currently up for discussion .
Unfortunately, I think they are within their rights.
