Think that users want see anything other than the e-mail inbox when we click on a link named "connect should not have to click through multiple pages to access e-mail.

Last week my e-mail set-up was "improved" by Comcast. Now it takes 3 seconds to open each piece of mail or change screens. There's even an extra step before I can print. I feel like I've returned to the stone age. Is anyone else out there as disgusted...

How SO MANY people agree with us! Why don't you simply configure e-mail clients on your own demon and it will always be clunky and featureless compared to a proper email client.
