I'm out in AZ visiting my parents right now and I've just discovered that my dad is taking HCG and is on a diet of less that 800 calories a day. The "doctor" that he has been seeing is clearly a quack and is charging an insane amount of money for this...

I recently read "Eat to Live" and it is about eating healthy for disease prevention (diabetes, cholesterol and didn't find anything.

I, too, suffer from this gas associated arrhythmia or atrial fibrillation. I can have it in the middle of the night or day. There is an improvement when I take Pepcid or Diovel, but the best bet is Ovol extra strenth or Gax X. If I don't take anything...

I get this from time to time and have anxiety. I've even had a nuclear Nuclear ventriculography stress test . . . results normal. I also get the pains in my left and right chest and lower abdomen, but it always goes away. Eat light until it passes.
