Headed to my first law enforcement funeral today. Made my first two plus years without heading to one, but today is the first.
I've worn my dress blues in court but never with the mourning band.
It's a sad, sad day in these parts today.

You have my sympathies.
I've done a lot of tough things in LE, but standing there time and time again with that lump in my throat is the toughest by far .
I've been on our dept's Honor Guard for over nine years .

But I'll bet that a lot of their problems are generated by government paper pusher 'experts' sticking their nose in and putting their mark on it .
I'm still not convinced that digital makes sense for narrow-band two-way radio communication .

Don't stand too close to him at the range.
He's a dork.
If it was illegal, he wouldn't have those magazines.
I would suspect they are for states that don't allow more than 10 rounds for civilians but that's juts a guess .

In light of the success that we had with the Open Carry letter to law enforcement we've decided to do it all over again, this time preemptively educating law enforcement about the changes coming on SB17.
We've put together a very effective Before / After...
