When I first got sick, I lost about 25 pounds...I am not a big person...but once I started on the pred .
Are you on any meds that may be causing weight gain? Prednisone is real bad for that .

Had set alarm this morning to go for a job but it was dark outside so I got up and watched telly and played words with friends instead .
Getting like half a kilo a week which I guess is OK .
Grams for me, aiming for 1kg for my next weigh in .

Now have moved out of the 80s and dont want to go there again! My first week back at WW after many years of maintaining goal weight and i lost 1.... .
2kg loss and also my 2nd week.
This last week I lost 800g and its TTOM so I should loose again next week .

Good afternoon all, I'm close to pulling the trigger on a LM-7 but not sure if it's worth paying the extra $300 for the COSC movement. I'm looking for input on the average time loss/gain from those with either movement. Thanks for your input!

You'll get a slew of rates from owners.
