Very low carb vs. low carb... How many of you find it easier to go very low carb (<20 gms a day) vs. low carb (20-75 gms a day)? I do. I find if I try 50 gms or less a day, suddenly I have more choices and it is way easier to get hidden carbs, underestimate...

Everyone then i wouldn't cut them out for weight loss--lots of water but no long term benefit in doing low carb vs a traditional calorie ....
Low calorie doesn't work well for my body.

I carb cycle and I run on my low carb day to burn fat. I go at a slow pace so I don't burn muscle, but on my no/low carb day do you think a slow 5 mile jog will burn muscle at all?
