I am guilty of severe lurking over the years on this board. I've posted now and then but mostly read. Several years ago I lost nearly 70 pounds lc'ing. I loved it, felt great, etc etc. Then, time rolls on ( literally) and I am back to where I started....

Sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and peas are all higher carb, non-grain sources you might want to add in, slowly in small amounts

If your body is telling you that you are starving- you probably are! I wonder if calorie cycling along with Atkins would work for you?? If you are are worried about any initial gain .
