My family will be in town for my graduation pretty soon.
I want to compile a week's worth of recipes so that I'm not cooking separate meals.
I know I can do grilled/roasted meats and veggies for every one HOWEVER, I've been doing a lot of oven...

Well, you can do fish and chicken and lean meats like that, and then up your fat content by adding butter, mayo, hollandaise as a sauce (and not for them-- let them have lemon juice, etc) .

Tuesday I had my normal coffee with whipping cream, sf syrup and coconut/mct oil upon arising.
3 hours later I had a breakfast of whey protein powder fermented with fermented milk. Kinda like a super yogurt drink and very tasty! And a tablespoon of oils...

Breakfast: whey protein shake made with water and probiotic fermented milk, then fermented together with the whey powder for 24 hours....yummy yogurt ... .
