Well, you can do fish and chicken and lean meats like that, and then up your fat content by adding butter, mayo, hollandaise as a sauce (and not for them-- let them have lemon juice, etc) .

Well, I am a low carber.
And what I am currently eating is very low carb but also a weight loss diet .

Just because you can see your stomach flattening doesn't mean it isn't water weight My flab also started falling off after doing a more primal diet .
