I am guilty of severe lurking over the years on this board. I've posted now and then but mostly read. Several years ago I lost nearly 70 pounds lc'ing. I loved it, felt great, etc etc. Then, time rolls on ( literally) and I am back to where I started....

Your BF goes to NY City and he brings back your present and it is 1.5lbs of raw bacon from Peter Luger Steakhouse! Yep, 4 pieces of bacon over 1/2" thick.

Sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and peas are all higher carb, non-grain sources you might want to add in, slowly in small amounts I just jumped in at 500 calories for DD's so I can't help you there .

Chayotes ARE fabulous! They make a mean apple crisp.

I don't do JUDDD but as you know lots do here, and incorporate low carb... .
If your body is telling you that you are starving- you probably are! I wonder if calorie cycling along with Atkins would work for you?? If you are are worried about any initial gain .
I can't find anything to make me enjoy eating grilled chicken, so I still just bite, chew, and swig water to wash it down lol. Any of you guys have some good recipes/marinades/flavoring tips for grilled chicken?
