By decreasing your dose your sort of putting yourelf in Meno again, the symptoms that the higher dose it, you will start meno all over....
It doesn,t stop Meno but it balances you out hormonaly as to avoid the symptoms of loe Estrogen.

I went to the gyno a few weeks ago and she told me that you can still get peri meno symptoms even.
I'm not post meno yet - the most I've skipped so far in a row is four months but my blood tests them.
This craziness.
