In theory sounds good but during summer attics can climb easily 30-40 degrees above ambient temps you would have to be moving in alot of fresh air and exhausting the heat your condenser will add on top of that 39-40 degrees like CJ said don't do it. A...

The air should just recirc within each room because each room .

If u do go for ac get the highest btu AC means you'll only run the compressor....

I just ordered a 2ton mini split from kingersons Type in DIY Mini Split.
All the pre charged gasses had.
They sent me a 5 year old AC.

No AC currently, we don't get a ton of heat/humidity here.
I do have heaters and is lots of heat for the room .
But when in doubt I have a friend who sells ductless mini-split systems if i do need it.
