Are there any free eCommerce processing services (similar to Paypal or Google Checkout) just for non-profit organizations? I'm looking into setting up paid registrations for a summer-camp that is a non-profit organization.

Does anyone know of rails hosting companies that will offer a free plan for non-profits to get up and running. I am sure it would only be free to a certain point (bandwidth, disk, etc.) but would like to explore the options.

I don't know of any marketplace for IT volunteerings.
As an alternative, I would suggest putting time in doing freelance work and then donating the money .
