Decided to go back to Nutri System on 1/10. I lost 42 lbs on it a few years ago and it works for me. Helps me to have someone portion control the food.
I'm down 7 lbs since 1/4 and seeing some weight loss results is so motivating. I'm not very active ...

I saw Kirstie Alley on QVC hawking some weight loss thing she is selling. REALLY? While she looks much better than she did she is NO WHERE NEAR the 130 lbs she claims. She is easily 186 or more considering that she is at least 5'8"

What do you think? IMHO, its not bad and gets better with repeated play. But its not the record I was hoping for with all the build up and rumors it would fit in with Fair Warning and Women and Children First. This doesn't.
