最近在用 VPN 翻q|áng，软件用的是 OpenVPN，VPN服务器使用的是 UltraVPN（位于法国），速度还不错，很多网站都推荐。对于初次接触 VPN 的人来说，好像还有点复杂。我研究了一下，做了一个绿色版（需要运行一下批处理安装服务及写入注册表），然后自己再到 UltraVPN 免费注册一个用户就可以了。
用法： 因论坛的限制，我将压缩包为分成了2个文件，下载2个文件后，用WinRAR解压，运行OpenVPN下的批处理文件 !)Install.bat （我自己做的，x86 x64 都适用...
