And I probably have a load of accessories here from when I was stupid enough to use HTC phones .
Its a propeitry version of mini USB, but mini USB will work for charging and data transfer .
Sounds like the generic HTC one.

Ok, how many of you guys supply your employees with cell phones. I know it is a necessity for the hindsight type companies but how about the guys that still keep in touch by calling or texting.

I got a temporary solution for those who have broken usb doors. Micro USB dust covers can be applied. Here's a sample:

It and my blackberry have a mini-usb connection....
I have had a problem with our GPS.
So far my HTC Hero hasn't had any trouble with the wires I got for other devices .
I think if it's the mini USB plug it's a standard connector and can be used on any device .

My E is still giving good service but I have a laptop running Vista 32 bit and am in process of migrating to Win7 64 bit on my desktop so things are getting increasingly difficult to sync.
