Well I dunno if I have to be LOW LOW carb, but I was recommended to have only 100g of carbs per day .
If you are going low carb, bbq sauce is not your friend .
Instead of bbq sauce, try looking for a dry rub that sounds good to you .

Then marinate them in a mysquet sauce with lemon peper, creole seasoning, salt, paper, and anything else i think sounds good .
Your asking for us to give away family secrets j/k I usually just boil the ribs for a few hours .
