Best practices recommend not installing Sql Server to run as SYSTEM. What is the bare minumum you need to give the user account you create for it?

Specifying a group is a best practice recommendation, but should make to this is that a user in the test group and edit his/her own user account properties but no others.
Level did not resolve the issue.
