I had my surgery on 3/21/2012. Just about two weeks before my diagnosis, I bought two new bras. One I've worn only twice. Because I'm awaiting recon after all followup treatment, I'll be getting prosthetics in a week or so, and I don't see myself wearing...

I only do strength training and cardio....
There is a different "feel" when I do the pectoral exercises, but that is all I have noticed .
I started back, slowly two weeks ago.
My ps had pretty clear restrictions until about 3 mos post-op, then he lifted them .

I finished rads 11/20, am done with everything and have started Arimidex. I have a very good prognosis and yet I'm still "out of it." Pre-bc I kept a nice house. It's such a mess right now I don't even know where to begin. I took NO joy in the holidays...

Good luck, PS- I was on a healthy dose (100mg) of zoloft before BC, and bumped it up .
Than pre-BC.
