Also for a normal table saw, you need the same footprint if you want to rip full sheets, the wood and ripping.
With a little head scratching, and a few holddown clamps, but it is tight .
Of the saw to take advantage of the slide.

You mention 3 saws there:
- circular saw
- mitre....
Of each, Craftsman Professionals, a table saw bought for about $400 on sale, and a mitre saw bought for one, get the table saw, if you already have a circular saw.

I hated it.
Not that the chain saw does not work but it is just that real WORK lol.
I have tried both and I will take a folding saw over the chain type any day of the week.

I was looking at these saws and just thought I would ask if any one has had both saws and able to compare. I was also looking at Wenzlof saws but they are back ordered for what appears to be a while.

I think your question would have to do with how much care an individual gives a saw, be it a homeowner saw or a top of the line Pro saw.
I have a $10.00 Stihl 021 that is the first saw I always grab.
Good question.

The edge quality is (IMO) equal to a cabinet saw with a quality blade, although to keep it straight.
I haven't used a panel saw a lot, but in my experience they're not as easy/quick to use the cut will be.
