I have been on slim fast for two months now, and it's actually working for me! I been trying to find out what others success has been using the slim fast diet? Have you tried it? Did it work for you? Was it a fail?

On the Slim Fast diet, you still have to eat 1,200 calories a day like! Actually, Slim Fast is what STARTED my initial weight-loss totally by accident.

Have never looked at....
Slim Fast shakes, the canned and the powder/milk, used to count eyes.
As for the salad dressing - this is JMO that's how much fat is in 1 tsp of oil .
I was actually talking about the cans of Slim Fast.

I found a site claiming there is a program, Isagenix, that allows people to lose up to 15 pounds in 9 days. Does anybody have experience with this? Is it possible? Have you kept the weight off after the 9 days? **edited by moderator**

With you, IT WORKS and you can't lose any money bc it is refundable! I find weight loss supplements like take a Medical Degree to realize that rapid ....
As the slim fast....you may as well just drink a glass of sugar water.

I need a boost after Christmas as at the moment I’m STILL eating everything in sight and finding it hard to control my diet…..really struggling, I bought some slimfast shakes before I started this and was thinking about just doing this for 5 days to see...

I did slim fast to kick start me aswell awhile back...
In the mornings Hi tried slim fast 2 times and i lost weight but eventually my appetite increased and it's only 100 calories.

Went for slim-fast as easer to get hold of List of Vit & minerals much the same as Optifast
when out can I pick a ready made shake or meal bar up at most chemists
I DON'T THINK FBG will tell me much as I am up 2 or three times every...
