I have an interesting situation that I have not experienced before.
The original tenant had a 12 month TA with a break clause. She issues her 2 month notice at the break cause in accordance with the contract.
Landlord , who owns a few flats in the block...

All as per my first post as long as you explain dangers to tenant/landlord then its down to them to get things sorted i would assume, i would imagine some tenants would.
