All I want to do is renew licenses over the phone with Trend Micro but I can't. Since I need to downsize from 100 to 20 licenses, I 'm told that I will have to go through a reseller to renew (last year when I renewed all 100 there wasn't any problem)....

Windows 7 does not want or need a Tweaker program of any kind .
First thing I would do is uninstall Uniblue Powersuite 2012 and System Tweaker 2012 .
