Has anyone to get the iPad app to work with their own router? I'm forced to use my own wireless router due to the 2wire being placed in my basement and not having enough coverage to reach my upper floors. It looks like the app is using multicast to connect...

I'm sick of my wireless router not giving a decent signal throughout my house. It's a Linksys (Cisco) MIMO style. I would put aftermarket antannae on it; however, the three built-on are not removable.
I'm thinking about going with a Bufallo WZR-HP-G45...

They keep up consistent data rates that are better than wi-fi? I use them instead of the WiFi crap to the router by patch cable.
