I know this is not exactly programming related, but wondering how do you go about the whole appraisal formality? I would like to know what questions are apt to be asked to a programmer in a self-appraisal form? Should I also give them a performance...

Without this it is very likely that your appraisal will seem like a witch hunt.

The county appraisal offices gets the sales of homes in your neighborhood from MLS for your property valuations! The appraisal district won't get ....
I do not believe the county tax assessor gets your private appraisal.

I was stupid and almost fell for a domain buying scam. I got an appraisal at Domain-Cost.com. Is this website part of the scam or is it just the buyer wanting 15% commission? I was hoping that I could use this appraisal and it was real.

Buyer expresses interest, and asks you to get an appraisal at a place he controls.
It looks like a classic appraisal scam.

Appraisals are for banks. You are paying cash. You don't need it and it is a waste of money. Will the appraisal change the amount that you will pay for the house? Can you use it to get a lower price?

Yeah, I have to say the ZS does ride better than the ZR, although the ZT rides a generation ahead in terms of refinement... .
The ride is still stiff but it doesn't crash over potholes etc quite as badly .
Yes-the chassis is a lot more composed and surefooted.
