I have very low speeds here in:

In bsnl website there is stated that for GPRS Rs 300 recharge pack in prepaid cellone, i get 8gb for 90 days. But when i recharged with 300, i didnt get that 8GB. Rather, i got a 30 days on net free call validity.

ITI is having digital Telecom equipment manufacturing facilities such as OCB 283, MLLN, CSN and all INDIA Offices and also dedicated staff - especially ITI Palakkad. If BSNL so wishes, they can make cream.

I was going through the BSNL online portal.I noticed there was an option saying online recharge. i have a federal bank account which has etrading activated.
Then i found out whether they accepted Credit cards or not and realized they have option of recharge...

I have 4 months worth of BSNL bills pending for the apartment I recently rented.
After all BSNL stands.
In the next bill they also added Rs.100 for reconnection .
Limit is Rs.2000.
