You could use a BackgroundWorker .It will allow you to show your form before your data is loaded .

So my was born on her due date! My Dr says 1/5/12 but I haven't had my 1st u/s yet.

I have hosted some 5 applications on IIS in my server.
After sometimes I am getting System.OutOfMemoryException error due to out of memory in ASP.NET Temp Folder.
Is there any way to clear it automatically or any setting for this.

This is not due to the directory.
System.OutOfMemoryException isn't due to your temp folder, this happens when code is reading the list of files, it may trigger the exception.
In the wrong place.
