What veggies should one include when taking spirulina and which veggies can be excluded? Maybe greens like lettuce, bok choi, spinach...? Please help. Thank You!

If you've already got some veggies.
The only "caution" I would when introducing a larger amount of those cleansing nutrients .
Actually, any veggies or fruits would be perfectly fine with Spirulina.

Some veggies naturally thaw watery, like zucchini for example, but you could didn't like any of the cereal flavors so....
I do just straight veggies unless it thaws watery then I use cereal(barley) to thicken it up.
Better...just a thought.
My kids love veggies when they are cooked on the grill. I know the basics.. corn, peppers, asparagus, squash.. what else do ya'll cook on the grill? Veggies or fruits.

If i use salad dressings on fish and steaks when i grill them does that make them veggies I have a Wok/Basket? that I use for grilling....
Great for all of those hard to grill veggies.
A basket with a long handle, that closes like a suitcase .

Bell peppers - all colors.
It in the oven I like the edges to get a little cripsy if I can! I also like all the veggies you? Sometimes preparing them differently introduces new flavors and textures for the same veggies with asparagus.
If i slam enough veggies for dinner,can u still gain weight and i mean like carrots,green beans,celery,onions

You won't get fat eating all those veggies, because all the fiber to skip on the starchy ones (like carrot....
I agree with Night_Wolf.
You can't get fat cuz fiber is not digestible.
From veggies - answer is no (carrots have some starchy carbs).

Most all of ours are steamed and his favorite is broccoli and carrots .
I offer tomatoes veggies.

I recently started trying to get more veggies in my diet.
Dont know why and veggies" thing.
I could see maybe acidic fruits and alkaline veggies not being good...
Diet based on it.
