I dont know how much you use things like arcsoft or hp's web publish software, bing toolbar but things like just use resources .
You have alot of things running that you can kill but nothing viral .

This infection is playing hard ball.
If you haven't done so already, reboot your computer, so that you're not looking at your screen with ComboFix being stuck.
Please delete your copy of TDSSKiller. We'll be downloading...

The program ran to completion and made a report, however the program on finishing gives only one option "SCAN... .
I ran TDSSKiller, new copy deleted old however it has the same version number as old .
