Normally that does indicate a memory issue

When Windows tries to load, I get the blue screen of death. Page fault in a nonpaged area with Technical Information STOP: 0X 8E ( 0X 5, 0X85DC126E, 0X9D709A98, 0X ). How do I fix this? I've done chkdsk/F and it can't repair this.
