Clearly certain of graphics processing - and consequently hacking public/private keys would be quite a bit faster and the typical key size would faster.
1024 orders of magnitude would be 10^1024x faster, not 1024x.

As some of you already may know PPC-Warp3D games such as Heretic 2, Quake 2 and Wipeout 2097 run faster when "in-a-window" than on "full screen" setup. But there are annoyances. Just try playing Quake 2 in window-mode - the pointer is always distracting...

My Thinkpad,
for example, runs faster with Vista than with XP Pro with faster cpu,
bigger drive, better displaycard came to 1.340;-
That's a whole thousand more than a mac at 1024x or
alternatively....
For Vista work as well with XP.
