I assume you are looking for "Shared Hosting"? If so, I can tell you from experience that running a web site from shared hosting can become a nightmare because you only have so much control over the setup .
Dear Rick James/any one, Is there any basic standards to set server variables. For example- Using Mysql5.5 version on 64 bit linux server Disk space is 500 GB (can assume avg. data size will be 350 GB) RAM is 24 GB select queries - 80 to 90% Insert queries...
