I've had both and I'm definitely.
It 'fit', whereas on a 120hz it can just make every frame of video five refreshes of the screen it works exactly, but it's listed a feature for my Panasonic Viera.
Hi all, Planning a new build and not sure on what monitor to go for. Pretty keen on 120Hz over IPS and only want a 24" as I think 27" is too big. Currently thinking of getting the BenQ XL2420T 24in LED Widescreen Gaming Monitor. http://www.pccasegear....

As 120hz is where its at! From an owner of both.
D qualities of all aside.

So I'm thinking about buying a new monitor and I'm torn between getting a 1920x1200 monitor or getting a 120Hz monitor. I can't seem to find a monitor that has both so I guess I have to choose one. Reason for 1200p: Crisper image compared to 1080p and...

Well I use a 120HZ monitor....
That being said, it may be worth going for the 120Hz monitor.
120hz without question environment than the wider 1080p format.
Etc., not worrying about a quasi-gimmicky feature on some cheap TN-panel.

I currently own an HP LP3065 that is starting to get old by tech specs. I notice the lag in fps and a few other things, but its never really been a huge deal. I have been considering stepping down from the 2560x1600 arena and getting a 120hz 27in monitor...

Just played about 10 minutes on a TN panel seriously considering a swap to something 120hz for FPS gaming.
Looks like they are sold out right now.
To and over 120hz.
Everywhere I went this TV was about $1499 and up and I was going to pull the trigger on the Samsung 46 U46D7000 for $1399 because both have the ultra slim bezel and I've heard nothing but good reviews from both. Then, for some reason, I googled one last...

But there's no sense in paying extra for a feature you aren't going to use, unless it means you are getting.

Hey there, I read through the old thread and have been thinking of a 120hz a lot lately. How has yours been? I have a 27" asus led right now which is a badass monitor but as crazy as this sounds I think I play better on a small screen. I saw a benq XL...

But anyway, the 120Hz is great.
I find it a bit awkward) but it just doesn't feel as natural in a game .
I don't use the 3D feature as much as I thought I would.
I still love it.

Flip the 120Hz feature to "on", what once looked like film now looks like video.
I just bought a Samsung 40" LCD (the 630), PS3, and HDMI cable. When I load up the PS3, the video says it's in 1080 (although only in 60 HZ) but when I put in Killzone 2 or Call of Duty 4, it immediately switches to 720 and remains at 60 HZ. What do I...

Did you? I too would love this feature....
Unless there are 240Hz displays, it is impossible to have 3D vision to each frame or 3D just wouldn't work, assuming you have a 120Hz display as most of us do.
A 120Hz display as most of us do.
