Everytime i go into the DLC playlist to play the DLC maps it will search and find a match and when ther game goes to load a DLC map it times out during the loading proccess

Ok so im using 8ta to play battlefield 3. Okay here's the thing i don't understand.
Firstly if i move my modem around a bit i get speeds of up to 3.5mb/s which in turn for some reason
