Any voice packet that's delayed longer than that becomes noticeable .
UDP in this case will perform much better and dropped / out of sync packets tolerance of somewhere around 150ms.
TCP is a terrible idea.

Hi,
MSE warned me that i was infected with - Trojan:Win32/EyeStye.C!cgf - I asked to remove, each time re-infected.
Fullscan with Malwarebytes - 11 infection - removed, all seems well.
Looking at other people who have been infected...
