The test at the doctors office can only pick up HCG about a week earlier than an at home one. It is possible you were briefly pregnant and it did not continue. Go with your instinct. I was told I was not pregnant and I am.

I think that the most obvious thing that you need to do now is go to the doctor. If all of your pregnancy tests are coming out negative then you need to have a blood test done to check your hCG levels.
