I don't think they don't like you because you're spoiled, I think they don't like you because you sound like you're bragging about it. And because there are sick, starving, and dying people in the world, and it sounds like not only do you not give to others, but you aren't even happy with what you have. Just be more giving and don't brag about what you have.

EM fellowship after IM or FP?
You won't be as well trained and you won't be as competitive for jobs. Worse, how will it feel when you show up at your EM job, for which you are incompletely trained and acquired via backdoor certification, and a real emergency rolls through the door - one that you aren't trained to manage?

Anyone Else Booked Club 18 - 30s At The Mariner?
Have been to Sunny beach twice now and have stayed right in the resort centre and also down at the newer end of the beach and i never once saw a pick pocket or prostitute, I definately think its all a bit exagerated. Night life is excellent over there but not in a rough, messy way and I wouldnt worry Im sure you'd have a great time! Im now 25 and goin back for the 3rd time this year in a few weeks after spending a week in Portugal in June I realise Sunny Beach has ruined me, can't beat it!
