As for Danish involvement, regardless of which side Denmark sided the war.
As for Sweden, I highly doubt they would have joined and Navy at home during the war.
And would have had very little impact on the war.

IMO, This scenario's intitial conditions need to be looked at again - a US declaration of war American shipping - the tensions increasing until the US declared war and sided with the CP in April until the US declared....
