The seller isnt replying to my messages, has provided no tracking info(said he would) and I still dont have my club.
I paid through Paypal on my Iphone and it wont let me dispute it. What should I do? Thanks

If you use paypal what difference does it make if you use your phone or laptop or desktop? I don't see how this would matter.
