I carry a full size 1911.
Be safe, shoot well.

I don't buy either opinion.
I carry my G19 far more often than my 1911 because it is lighter carried both professionally and I would suggest you carry the one you shoot best.
Or CCO from here on out.

I've come to love the 1911 platform but have always been a big 9mm fan for its soft recoil. I would really love to marry the two and have the ultimate carry gun. I'm a guy who is big enough that I can easily conceal a full-size 1911.
