One day out of the blue I noticed that all of my website (and customer websites) were offline .
They are fairly easy to communicate with, though there is usually a delay in time .
I have been pretty happy with their services.

It seems that 1and1 hosting have made a configuration change to their servers which could result in a blank WPG2 page or a 500 internal error.
Unfortunately 1and1 refuse to supply the apache error_log which could help us understand what is directly causing...
